Oceanus is the most densely populated Lunar Colony.

It extends south-west of Copernicus and the Central A-scale tunnels/reservoirs, extending arguably as high up as Aristarchus (though the Loop sometimes lays claim to that territory) and as far south-west as Orientalis… or even Blackull, if you’re okay with taking D-scale tunnels to get there.

Oceanus is the most heavily settled area of the Moon. Its networks of tunnels are more interconnected than other areas, and its settlements are larger, but still somewhat ghost-town as furries can’t breed fast enough to fill the area. Oceanus is noted for the huge Orientalis settlement. Access to Central is from Sea Of Clouds to Alphonse or Ptolemy.
